Subscription and Refund Policy

This Subscription and Refund Policy is part of the Terms of Service between you and Vecbase Inc. ("Vecbase," "we," "us," or "our").

Refund Restrictions

The Service operates on a pre-paid subscription basis. All fees paid for completed billing cycles are non-refundable.

Cancellation of Renewal

You may cancel your automatic renewal for subsequent cycles at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all premium benefits for the remainder of the current billing period until it naturally expires.

Service Anomalies

In the event that the Service becomes completely unavailable due to Force Majeure, we will provide compensation based on the actual circumstances; however, such compensation will not include cash refunds.
